GTA Chinatown Wars

I'm having trouble getting GTA Chinatown wars to play. I am using newest ver of No$gba. When I load the rom, it looks like its about to start playing then just goes black and is unresponsive. If anyone knows what the problem is, help would be greatly appreciated.
