for some odd reason all my games runs at 2x or 3x normal speed, both graphiocs and sound, help?

specs(relevant):
amd athlon 2400 @ 2.0 ghz
radeon 9600xt 256 mb
windows server 2003
lite-on 16x dvd-rom

in the Graphics configuration. enable Frame limiting and set it to Auto.

Set Frame Limit. Limit to 60.
Update you GPU plugins to Pete's OGL 1.75.
