Graphic glitch in Chrono Cross

There's this glitch I encounter in Fort Dragonia, about two screens away from the entrance. There's this large block of pixels that seems to have blocked the view of the camera. The grey block is so large that I can only see my party only when I move them to the extreme sides of the screen where there are doors on each. I've tried F7 but nothing changed...

u can t do anything about it...

for the info, after u complete the 4 (or 6 i don t remember) colors, a giant tower elevator will appear in the middle of the screen
