Grandia Memory Card Issue..

I've tried to load a file after a recent Destructive recovry on my computer. I saved the memory cards onto a flash drive to keep them from being lost, and when i put it all back on the computer, the game won't recognize that the saved game is on the memory card. No matter what I do, it won't recognize the game. I'm not sure if it's a problem with the emulator, or with the save file. Does anybody here have a solution for me..?
