I own the PS2 version, and now have just got the PC version. Why? Mods, high res, better textures, mouse control, custom radio stations (hey Bohemian Rhapsody is a classic for driving any car!!)..

So just quickly cruised round and taken some shots. Runs sweet and steady here :eyespin: :dance: :agree:

I don't see why it wouldn't, given how ugly it is, as for better textures, yeah right, like Rockstar bothered making new textures for the Xbox and PC versions since the release of the PS2 version

yea there is not major diffrent from the PS2 Version..But I like it this way..the graphic is ok game is very lite...still can have fun to play .
This way is better than Driv3r..It have awsome graphic but i couldnt have fun with playing it coz it lag like a hell.

Yea they did much better porting vice city.

Still this looks nice, got this for xbox yesterday and plays well, the game is really good.. nearly got the pc version now too. Cant wait till Multi Theft Auto is releasing a version to play it online :guitar:

Bah, aldostools capture crashed, lost a pile of sweet shots, showing how much the draw distance has improved (I parachuted off the tallest building in Los Santos). Also showed off my dudes new clothes, and me wasting some drug dealers...

I own this game and I hardly ever play on my own ps2 because I think ps2 is the worst system for graphics, ps2 with low textures, bad resolution, muddy, crapy.
For pc I think it's the best platform you can play games like GTA.

hey ckemu take a shot of that part there if you can when you blow up the cop vehicle when it's coming and watch fly in the air,had fun doing that on ps2 especially when it's nigh time.

Here's some pictures I've taken . The first one is without AA and AF, the next two are with 8xS AA and 16x AF (slow but beautiful) and the rest are with 16x AA and AF (not as nice looking as 8xS AA but much faster).
