Cars no longer suffer big wheel syndrome, but 2D in places is borked, ingame will hang with cpuException: Status.EXL = 1

Highlighted 'P.E.Op.S. SPU2' because using that will produce nice music / sound effects, but cause a crash on some menu selections.

Game will show background videos, but various screens that look fine with just the phaste patch will have blocky graphics (see lang select screen).

Game is a tad more unstable, but similiar results to just using a phaste patch.

Legal screen before language select disapeared with latest betas.

When selecting time attack i-frame of menu video appears without my latest patch.
On the one hand the Midfield logo in foreground appears correctly, on the other hand it crashes there.

Other game modes crash as before on going ingame or occasionally on car select screen.
