A single core mobile Celeron CPU is insufficient as it is. Considering that it only supports up to SSE2, it must be Pentium 4 architecture based. Considering that, you likely have a mobile Intel 845m GPU. Neither of this components is up to the task for providing an enjoyable PS2 emulation experience. You might be able to mange slideshow-like speeds with games like Disgaea...

But seriously, you just need to use/buy a better computer.
