RIP? How so? Mupen64 has a decent GUI now, it's just the author's have an anti-Windows agenda. Mudlord made a decent GUI for Mupen64. It's for PJ64 as well.Haha, I wish he would have done the android and mac thing AFTER the windows version. RIP Project64. Seems mainly for MUPEN. Just hope a decent gui comes out for MUPEN before then.
Definitely shaping up to be one of the best plugins out there for surehttp://gliden64.blogspot.com/2014/11/the-first-monthly-beta-release-notice.html
Updated on the progress. Looks great and looking forward to playing with it on Mupen64Ae.
That, I don't know to be honest.Ay, will will be able to use the same texture packs as before or will they now have different numbers on them?
I can't seem to find that info, besides the fact at least 8000 was donated and the biggest donors that were listed...? See, the prob is it doesn't explicitly state the exact amount needed per donor.Same amounts that were on the indigogo page.
So I can even donate 1-5 dollars and I'd get beta access? Do I understand that correctly? Because that site says that donations are closed....I'm confused now. Even if I did donate, I don't think I'd be able to participate in testing.
Damn, that's what I was afraid of. I wouldn't be able to access the forum with the amount that I was gonna donate. Guess I wouldn't be able to report any bugs I encounter. If the donation I was gonna give, well, yeah.. I don't know how much I can do right now, $25 would be the minimum required if I wish to gain access to the forums and the builds...hmmm...The things on the right hand side are what you get for specified amounts.
It's a plugin which will work in various emulators including PJ64. Per the info on the site:Edit: Why does it say Mupen64? Does it not work on PJ64? Ah bugger, I hope not, because I don't like Mupen64 for a variety of reasons.
I thought that Mupen didn't use the ZIlmar spec though, but a different plugin system...?It's a plugin which will work in various emulators including PJ64. Per the info on the site:
"GLideN64 is currently compatible with all emulators which support Zilmar’s plugins specification"
Donate plasma so you can have leisure money without dipping into your main money xDDamn, that's what I was afraid of. I wouldn't be able to access the forum with the amount that I was gonna donate. Mupen uses a different spec, but the plugin supports both. It says so right on the indiegogo page:I thought that Mupen didn't use the ZIlmar spec though, but a different plugin system...?
I think I'll keep my mouth shut and stop asking stupid questions. I'm only digging myself in further.Mupen uses a different spec, but the plugin supports both. It says so right on the indiegogo page:
"GLideN64 is currently compatible with all emulators which support Zilmar’s plugins specification, that is present in all top N64 emulators. GLideN64 is also compatible with Mupen64Plus 2.0, which has its own plugin specification. "
