Just wanted to know if God of War is playable with my computer.

AMD X2 5000+
8800gts
4gb ram

If yes then witch version of pcsx2 is most suitable for playing it and what plugins should I use?

Better if you try it........think I readed that It's playable.

Your rig is somewhat underpowered to run many 3D games at full speed, It'll be playable but maybe not at full speed.

Use the latest official 9.6 version with the default plugins, for better speed you can try the latest SVN (public beta) and try the speed hacks, just take in mind that both can cause inestability in the emu like unespected crashes.
