When I enter the center room in Fort Dragonia the room has some huge glitch which covers completely everything in the room. I cant see where im going or whats going on. Could someone tell how to get past this or fix it?

I've had the same problem.

You can get past it- without fixing the bug.

In the lower left corner is a save point.
And there are four exits - just run around.
left, upperleft, right, upper right.

When you activate the switches at the end of each, the screen afterwards turns normal.

It's a known bug in epsxe. I'm attaching the picture of the place. It might help.

I had this same problem... I found a decent workaround.
You''ll have to use states a bit until you're done with the area, but that's ok. Switch to petes openGL (If you're not already using it) when you want to enter the room. Make sure you turn on the "Line mode" option under misc. This way the polygons wont get filled... sucks, but you can tell where the doors are by the glow. Once you exit a door save and switch your game back to normal.

Oh yeah... the bug is also in VGS, so switching emus won't work.
