I bought Guitar Hero World Tour for pc and wanted to use my Wii's les paul controller. But apparently bluetooth prevents GHWT from running, and when it is running, prevents the guitar to connect to bluetooth or sometimes closes the game when it does connect... Does anyone know a fix or workaround or something so that I can play GHWT with my Wii's guitar?

You need to use the guitar that came with the pc version unless you bought just the game.

Yeah I have just the game... Not only does the PC versions of guitar hero have some lag problems, they now have to use PC specific guitar? Aspyr doesn't want people buying guitar hero for pc...

^lol though i kind of agree IMO its better just getting a real guitar and play for real then spending bucks on this game.

That is your opinion. Just like other games such as WoW, people think they'r "gay" or for pussies, or it sucks because its kinda like cartoonish or whatever. But it's the competition. Prove that during a fast or loud time, that someone missed a note or beat. Kind of hard, your proof is hearing. But in guitar hero there are statistics and points. And in guitar hero some songs are harder played on guitar hero then real guitar playing. The game is more fun played on expert, hitting 1 note every couple seconds is boring. Play the game on expert and you will think differently about it being for pussies.

IMO, playing a real guitar gives you more satisfaction, because YOU are the one producing the sound with your guitar. GH is just stuff being played every time you push the right buttons. It's just not the same. Though, GH is just that, a game.

I've read about a lot of problems with bluetooth, like this one. Maybe someone can help you at sometime, but if you want a quick and sure way, you'll have to buy another plastic guitar, this time one that uses USB.

GH.WT is great game and i play it on keyboard and i dont think you'll be able to play it with wii guitar you'll need pc guitar..and speakin in real life i play el.guitar its much more fun to play that =)
