Hello. I was wondering if there was anyway to get my controller to rumble. I've got a PSX to USB converter that supports dual shock. I've sorta almost got it working. I've had it to were it will vibrate because of the game, however, I usualy get an error before this happens. So I've never actualy gotten it to work yet. By the way, I'm trying to play Harvest Moon, if that's any help. Thanks to anyone that can offer any type of help

you set Rumble type = Dx Joy1, and big and small motor to constant?

what is your error exactly?

Also, rumbling is very very weak in ePSXe on all the game I played, I think
it's an emulation problem :s

I set the rumble option to what you have above, but still nothing happenes. The error I was getting was when I set either big or small motor = sine. the error just said epsxe had an error and had to be closed. Any other ideas?

Well dang. I was wrong about RE3, PSXeven and rumble. I don't get rumble in RE3 on PSXeven and that's whether it's Harakiri or the sssPSX pad plugin (which can be used with other emulators than sssPSX).

I only get rumble in RE3 with ePSXe.

And in ePSXe, when I set big or small motor to "sine", the program crashes just like the OP's experience. The only setting that works is "constant" for both motors (unless you don't care about rumble, in which case "none" is fine).

when I go to the gamecontrollers section of control panel I can test the rubble of my controller and that works. What was that about a savestate problem? I do use savestate if that makes a difference. any ideas?

well, try playing a game without savestate until a part where it has to rumble, that would say if the problem is you using savestates...
