You have to highlight the code before it starts working.

G&G works fine for me. You're not highlighting the codes, or otherwise did something wrong.

PAL cheats will not work on NTSC games.

i also tried it on the USA version and they didnt work

make sure your roms are clean dumps, i think it was a header was added to some roms which prevented the game to use ips patches or game genie cheats, anyways to confirm run a checksum on your rom, if it fails then you need to remove the header on the rom

easiest answer is dump the game yourself, still there are tools out there, i dont know where except "zophar domain" (google it for web address) but the site hasn't been updated for years
