Hi all. Anyone can tell me how i connect my PC to TV ? wat kind of cable do i need ? where to where i should connect ?

My graphic card got S-out and TV-out . can i just connect the TV-out to video in at the TV ?

anyone help me? I can use my TV . but i can't back to normal again. tat because i cannot go to display properties. Anyone can help me ?
