Gamepad Problem

I have a problem while configuring my gravis gamepad pro in ePSXe. ePSXe will only read the right and down buttons, nothing else. Anybody have any ideas on how to solve this problem
Any help is great.

hummm it might be win2k are the gamepad drivers up to date?
