Gamepad Issues

I have two gamepads a speed link sl-6535 and a sl-6543. If I want to use both of them then its impossible to get both of them to vibrate. Its really frustrating. There is a type option in the rumble section. I don't know what it actually suppose to mean. It lets me choose dx1-4. But no matter how I tried couldn't get how to work. I could get one to work or neither or the other one to make the first ones vibrations (wich is ridiculous). Also when I connect both of them the one wich was joy1 becomes joy2 and the new on becomes joy1 so I have to reconfigure some of the buttons.
Is there a way to fix these issues? Or is it possible to use a different plugin?
With psxfin both work so there is nothing wrong with the gamepads. But that one crashes every 5-10 minutes here. At least pcsx crashes much rarely.

It so annoying that the gamepad plugins are the only ones you can't use... The built in never works properly.
A few days ago I played hogs of war multi player with only the 6535 attached and it worked differently for the two players!! Somehow it became both controllers and I had to disable/enable analog to be able to play.
So buggy...
With psxfin I could bind it to one controller. And there werent any mess with vibration. I just had to enable rumble and the correct one vibrated.
Dont double post homie,I suggest either getting you a diffrent controller for your pc,or you could get you psx to usb adapters and use either ps1 or ps2 controllers.

I don't see any problems with the controllers, so why would the emulator work better with other ones?

you can backup both joy configs by expotring the registry key after each setup:

"HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\epsxe\config"

then just click on the exported file for the one you want to use. some frontends will do this for you via a UI, but they can be buggy.

as for the rumble issue i never use it so can't you help there.
