Gamepad became invisible after xbox360ce set up

So, I downloaded and set up xbox360ce for my gamepad and then downloaded the HID Guardian so it could leave only the emulator's gamepad for games to use. I uninstalled the HID Guardian via xbox360ce, but my gamepad is still completely invisible to other programs like XPadder. How do I fix this?
