which GBA Emulator for The PC would you recommend be the best one to look into getting right now at this time?, I was thinking of getting and downloading the VBA but not sure about that now, seems to be a dead Emulator at the moment.

Simple put: Go with mGBA since it is highly active right now and it is the best emulator so far.
