I want nothing more than to oogle the girl from Parasite Eve 2, but alas, My vaunted EPSXE doesn't like her.

I've have version 9 of FPSE. but when I start it up, it says its failed to load LibPS.exe. That file is nowhere to be found in the zip on the FPSE homepage.

Somebody please help!

Here is a complete guide to configuring FPSE at PSXFanatics . Oh, and you don't need the LibPs.exe to run PE2 or most games using fpse..
