This is really weird. No matter what I change the fps to it still stays the exact same framerate. Even when I put it in the lowest possible. The FPS display always shows that it's running at an average of 60fps but the game itself is running faster than usual.

The fact is this didn't happen the last time I used epsxe a few days ago. The only thing that happened in between my use of the program is Windows updating and that update wasn't even relevant. It just updated the printer driver or something.

So can anyone help me with this problem? Plzkthnx.

EDIT: Btw this problem happens with any plug-in I use so it's not a plug-in related problem.

Nope doesn't work. Turning off the fps limit does turn it off and the game becomes super fast turning and it back on brings back the problem. The fps is not super fast but it's at a speed of more or less 70fps, quite a bit faster than normal. And like I said before, it stays the same no matter how much I change it.

Here it is but I don't know if it has anything to do with my specs. I've been using epsxe quite fine the hundreds of times I've used it before on this laptop.

What exactly did you do to fix it? I went into my system registry and deleted every config value related to ePSXe, and I did have to config again but when it came to the video card I went to config, and the settings were how I'd left them.

I've been having this problem too. There are some games that aren't effected by it, but of them are.
