Same was the case with the ATI CC 9.5. There were third party links all over the net in the days prior to being put up on the AMD website.

How do these people always get the drivers before they are put up on the nVidia website?

Usually someone gets a set from Dell, or HP or something and leaks them.

In this case its likely been gotten from the nvidia developer network.

According to this site :

Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers

How could it be ? It is not out yet.

Nvidia has a developer network where drivers are prereleased to quaddro owners and companies within the developer network.

it was originally a quaddro specific set, which means its tweaked to high quality and not use specific hacks.

However, this usually means performance is lower.. but the performance is higher on this set apparently.

it is, though some people say you have to uninstall it from control panel, and then reinstall it from the drivers install folder, otherwise theres slowdowns.
