Folder problem in Vista: Why it keeps showing the same columns?

I usually get these columns whenever I create a new folder:

Name
Ratings
#
Album
Genre

I want to have these columns below by default:

Name
Size
File Type
Date Modified

And that's it. Can anyone show me how to fix the problem? Thanks in advance.

Click and hold on the tab that you want and drag them left or right.
