I get this problem with just about every game I have tried with this emulater.
When ever I move up or down on any game (Suikoden is one), there is some major flicker just about in the middle of the screen. Its ignorable, but causes brain strain after awhile. I fiddled with the settings to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.
Im using the newest version of ePSXe
Not sure of my CPU(just before Athlon 64)
Radeon 9800 Pro Video Card
1gig of memory
windows xp

Thank you guys. Great site.

I just noticed the flicker happens when moving left to right as well. On the lower half of the screen usually.

K, my plugins are as follows:
Video:pete's DX6 1.72
Sound:ePSXe Spu Core 1.5.2.
CD ROM:ePSXe CDR WNT/W2K core 1.5.2.

And I looked for a vertical sync option but I didnt find one.
Thank you both for responding. :)

Here is how I have the vid plug setup:

Well I manually set the FPS limit instead of putting it on auto and this helped a little. Then When I enabled Vsync it emlinated the problem altogether. Thank you for you help. :)

PS love the alltime favorite car
