I've got the very same problem

I've just upgraded both Direct X and the Thrustmaster's drivers (3.08) to no avail.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I've just tried those settings with Tekken 3, (of course with "vibration on" in the game's options and still nothing.

Thanks anyway. It was worth trying.
