Ok, I know that when I used firefox before when I opened a new tab the focus still remained on the page I was viewing, but now it changes to whatever I clicked on. Is there anyway for me to be able to click on something and have it open in a new tab and *not* auto focus on it? I like to open all the threads I want to view really quickly then go view them later, makes things a lot faster. Thanks for any help.

Use Tabbrowser Extensions, and set it to 'open in new background tab' There are loads of settings for different stuff in that.

Tools->options->advanced->tabbed browsing-> uncheck "select new tabs opened from links"
