Hey guys. I recently bought FF12 for PS2, however my PS2 appears to be dead and in it's current state unusable.

I am new to emulation, but would it be possible to emulate the game on my laptop?

Specs:

* FF XII [PAL Version]

* Intel C2D 2.0 Ghz T7300
* 8600M GT 512mb
* 4GB DDR2 RAM

Thanks!

Technically, yes. But...

1 - You need your PS2 bios to make pcsx2 work (I don't know if it's so "dead" that you can't dump your bios)

2 - It would be rather slow (your CPU is weak)

it said some where that laptops are not the best choice and i agree, my laptop can only play every thing half as well as my desktop. i had to switch to pc after my ps2 died (it cracked in half T_T) luckily i had already got my bios dumped from it before hand hehe.
