I see you have use the OGL 2 plugin but have a GF 4 TI 4200.... Might this be the cause of the problems? (this is a question towards other members, since I'm not a hardware guru :p)
Perhaps you should try the OGL1 plugin.

edit: www.lordkane.co.uk gives some good configurations for FF games, maybe you should check that site :)

Your sound and video plugins are outdated.
Video plugins (Get Pete's GPU Plugins 1.75)
Sound plugins (Get either the Eternal plugin or P.E.Op.S.)
CD plugins

It's caused by the settings above, IIRC. Try the settings Yelo mentions in this thread:

mmm your suffering from the same fate that i faced, following the steps mentioned above should help. get older plugins and the older version of ePSXe mm? 1.5.2 works well tho. hee.

Should look good using kane's config. Look for special fixes for geforce cards, i know there are some lying on the configs, maybe one can fix that for you. Or if you are already using them, might be worth disabling to see what happens ;) . Are you using AA or AF? Try disabling them.
