Final Fantasy Unlimited Backstory

Hey all, Ive watched the first 3 episodes of Final Fantasy Unlimited and its quite fun. Here is a small back story for you all.

Now, lets get to my point, I just watched FFU last night and it was great, thought I would give you people some backstory on it.
In the very beginning a pillar of black light apears. Soon after a dragon looking like Bahamut shows up, and after he appears a large white serpeant/bug Appears, they fight eachother, and kill eachother, but that pillar still remained. At some point right after the pillar appeared here you see these two people talking about exploring the pillar. After the opeining credits 12 years have passed and the pillar is still there. People have discovered its a gateway to "outer world" or "inner world" [in episode 1 they refere to it as outer world in the fansubs, and inner world in episode 2+ (weird)]. The focus of the anime is now on these two kids, brother and sister, who have found thier father's Journal who has been to outerworld many times, but has recently disappeared. Using his journal they learn how to get there and go off looking for him and thier mother who was with him when he disappeared. Along the way they meet some people that journey with them. Oh yeah, and they don't seem very welcome in the other world.



well, hope that gets some people interested in it, other fun things is some recognizable themes are still there, most notobly are the chocobo, fanfar, and prelude themes.
