i am using ePSXe 1.6.0 and the OpenGL2 plugin (works with every game i have) and fft works too with it BUT

whenever i go to recieve the job reports for the jobs, the pop-up box appears (when the characters say stuff like "I HAD A GOOD FEELING" and such) but it instantly detracts back leaving me staring at the bar backdrop unable to continue my game.

this is a very serious problem for me. i even tried 1.5.2 but nothing works. this is extremely frustrating for me and i do sincerely hope that someone can help me fix this so i can fully enjoy the game (as i have never played it past the fake princess guillotine scene )

Can you post a screenshot of this happening? I've never encountered anything like this while playing FFT on any version of ePSXe.

i can`t exactly take a picture of something that is not there so i took a screenshot of the result of the bug. it leaves me staring at that screen. the game does not crash but without the messagebox for me to continue on, i cannot continue the game

There are some bugs in final fantasy tactics quest system, I managed to send out a quest party that never returned and took up space in my army anyway.. might be you've encountered one of them?

most probably. is there any way to fix this problem? maybe it`s from my copy of FFT?

- try the "Special Game Fixes" one after another or all together an deactivate them on after another.
i recommend ePSXeXecutor.
- If you play from an ISO, try to mount the CD with Deamon Tools, Alcohol Image Drive or CloneCD Image Drive. Sometimes it is only the problem that you dont use a CD ^^
- Or does FFT needs a PPF File?
- use the board search =)

Hey im new to this whole playstation emulator stuff, ive played snes and GBA roms on my comp but never playstation. And i cant seem to find where you download the games to play on the emulator, and i was actually looking for final fantasy tactics, so can you send me a link that i can download playstation games from or just the link where you got FFT from thanks.
