Final Fantasy IX on ePSX

Has anybody a FAQ to run FFIX on ePSX? I have the Patch already, but I don't know what I should do with it!

You DON'T need the patch to play FF9 on EPSXE.

If u got the patch, you gotta apply it to your FF IX image file (Ok?)
I think that the german version is like the french version...ePSXe doesn't work until there's the patch (The CD-Rom is crazy!!)!

To apply the patch, you had to have PPF-O-Matic v2 (www.megagames.com/psx/psx.html)

Then burn it or Try Run ISO in ePSXe File menu

Some of the European PAL versions of FF 9 do require a patch to play properly. I think Aldo Vargas has those. You can access his site by going to www.aldostools.com. The NTSC US version does not need a patch to work w/ePSXe nor, AFAIK does the NTSC Japanese version.
