Ok, everything runs great i nthe game as Ihoped, but the battle swirls make my frame rates tank. and one have any idea's why?

Here is my graphic config.

Plugin: Pete's OpenGL2 Driver 2.7

It's not the emu, it's his settings.. Filtering should be 2 or 4.
Hi-Res should be turned off! And set your V-Ram to the actual amount.
Radeon card tend to be quiker if you do that. (Weird, huh?)
And get rid of GSlang Smoothing. Use some other shader.
