ok, with that out of the way, the cutscenes play at full speed no problem, but the game itself only runs at like 15% (about 10-15 fps)
any suggestions on how to improve this?
i've got the graphics plugin configured as such:

accordinly, from what i've read here and there, my CPU is an overkill, but yet it laggs
