THIS IS NOT A RANDOM CRASH.

I am playing FFVIII, currently at the missle base. I'm at the part where you use the terminal to upload th error ratio to screw up the missles. After they're done uploading, EPSXE crashes and says "EPSXE Has Stopped Working." I've tried running it from a CD, ISO, a friend's CD, but it still crashes. What can I do? I also have the PC version of FFVIII. If I can extract the save data from the memory cards, please tell me how.

Try redumping the game.

I haven't the slightest idea what that means or how to do it, but there's one thing I've yet to try; Loading from the savegame. Sadly, that Analog message at the top right whenever you start the emulator lasts so long, it's painful.

It just so happens that it did the trick! Thanks anyway.
