Has anyone got the PAL version of FFIX to work at all? I've been trying to make it work for hours but no luck. Any help would be appreciated.

I have the german one.

It works quite well...

...in fact nearly perfect.

Only problem is the save state bug, which caused my game to crash at a special location EVERYTIME.

So i quit playing it.

But if you only use the game internal save it will work out perfectly fine...

Just don't forget activating the special game fixes...

You need the FFIX PAL patch. Get it at Megagames .

this terrorist thing is really pissing me off.....anyway. Ive got both the files, but how do i get them to work?

make sure you d/l the ppf patcher also on the sites mentioned. unzip this program then read the readme.

Or simply use Pete's cdr plugin 1.6 and there will be an option inside config to use the patch.
