Look at the two arrows.. these mark the options for either if you want faster speed or more graphic effects.. I have it set for maximum graphic effects because my system can handle it.. Set it accordingly to your system specs.. "Basic" makes the game run fastest but looses some effects.. "FULL" tries to show all graphic effects at the cost of speed.. If the sound is weird then try a different spu.. I heard iori's new spu 1.471 sounds good..
