Hi, like the title, i'm having problem with saving and loading: when i save with moguri or with the emu save state, i can't load it again when i close the emu and open it, the save isn't there.

Is it a problem of configuration?

i'm posting my configuration:

video: Pete open GL 2 (last version)
sound: spu eternal 1.41
cdr: PeoPs

Ah, i'm playing with ISO (I own the game but i don't want to see my CD's all scratched) and i've got epsxe 1.7 version.
Last, i haven't got the PPF for final fantasy 9 (italian version) could that be the problem?

Make sure that you're closing the game properly.
Hit ESC first to stop the emulation, then close it.

If you were not closing it properly, restart your computer and try again.

Also, you may want to enable the log console "Run => Enable Logs" (restart the emu)
in case there's something important mentioned on it.

your discs will not be damaged during the process of creating an image of them, the link below will show you how to do it. your main problem however is likely due to the explanation given by KrossX, you just need to close epsxe by doing file>exit from the GUI.

I'm sorry that im not posting an answer but im having the exact same problem, if you get an answer, could you please forward it to me. all i could suggest would be to read the FAQ files and scour the web like i have sorry again, but i wish you luck!
