ff9 fmv crash

Help I have the newest version of epsxe and I use petes3ddriver 1.50
and in ff9 whenn zidane is going to rescue kuja just after the hilde garde flies away my comp crashes I can see that there is going to be a fmv because the quality of the screen changes just like when a cutsceen is going over in a fmv .
I dont know if i am making any sense but please HElP

I have a:
pentium 3
800mhz
128 kb
and a
ATI RAGE PRO 8 mb
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First, I recommend upgrading to 1.51 of pete's plug-in (why is everyone calling them drivers now-a-days?) and also if you're using Null2's plug-in that is known to cause crashes in Square's mdecs so I would recommend using Iori's plug-in with it. And I highly recommend getting a new video card.

If it crashes at the same point every time, it could be a problem with your CD. Try making an ISO and see what happens.
