Well this is maybe just me.. but im geting kindof Griney looking textures, well atleast their alittle blurry of sorts.. I can use opengl and correct it but i get major slowdowns at some points in the game. for example, using the original opengl if theirs any dialog going on in the highwind i usualy would get a 10 to 15 fps drop (usualy around 45 or so) , opengl2 this problems corrected but i get that funky looking texture.. oO those are your settings too kane

I don't see any problem with the textures myself.

I See the Graininess or otherwise the ruff edges in the rendering in his images if you cant then youve been using your sega saturn too much...
In all Honesty it looks worse then the PS1 output and although i havent gotten far enough on the emulator for that particular shot i rememebr seeing this problem in the fine tuning of my own settings

BIG NOTE - You have a special game fix set but oyu havent enabled Game Fixes so if you plan to have that game fix work dont forget to check the box real quick.

If I hadnt edited this post after seeing your GPU I would have blamed this on your GPU but what you have is plenty enough now your runing an ATI Card and i find the Open GL drivers on the nVidias the best but on ATI have you tried petes other couple of plugins?

good point about actually checking the special game fixes box, i cant believe no one noticed it :p but, that wont help his problem...

furthermore, ATi's newer cards run OGL very well. the 9xxx series can run OGL and OGL2 just fine.
