FF IX Never-seeing-before Problem...

I use expse to play FF9 us(legal version). But after I reach the Pinnacle Rock and after Rumuh the thunder god talked to me and the crews left the screen, the screen went black forever, but the computer was not frozen I can still exit. I tried softDriver for video it's not use help!!!(Big problem!!!)
Another thing, I can never play CG movie complete. They always ran a half then jumped to the actual game.(This problem is not a big concern for me)
