I've been palying FFX on my emulator and yesterday it was always running at a good 60 fps. however, I started it this morning and the movies were running at ~45 fps, and now the game is running at ~34 fps. I didnt change anything from yesterday. What should I do?

More info's needed. Specs? Are you on a laptop? ISO or disk? What are your plugins/plugin settings? What version of the emu?

EDIT: NVM, i had my battery set on power saver.... i feel dumb >.<

Make sure your laptop's on Max Performance mode if on Vista/7, or Always On if you're on XP, so that the CPU won't throttle down unless it gets too hot.

Always on or Home/Desktop. these do not manage the clock and power rates.
