Hello guys.
I'm having this problem for a while. I'll use Resident Evil 2 for exemple. When I am playing and changes the scene, i have a huge fps drop usually from 60 to 27 then returned to 60 fps.
The winning eleven is the same, its a fast lag drop to 27/25 and get back to 60. Gran turismo the same thing, always with that fast lags.
I've tried everything, searched the entire internet and have found no similar problem.
I really dont understand how the emulator works, but it seems to me, that is an iso reading lag, i'm not sure.
Ps. Read some guys saying the i should turn off my graphic card v-sync. Dindt work
My pc spec: I7 7700k. 16 gb ram rx480 8gb. Ssd. for Windows. Hd 1tb. 7200rpm for the games. Windows 10 64 bit.
