Famicontest 0.3 Released

A new version of Famicontest an InfoNES port for the PSP handheld has been released. From a bad translation it looks like some sound improvements were made as well as playability. Not exactly sure so a translation of the changes would be great. You can google for PSPWiki to get the file (they don't want to be linked to) or grab it off of EF (sorry to link my site)
