im playing on a new laptop and there's something wrong with the graphic.. it looks like when the TV has no signal, all "bzzzzz" like.. im using wondows 7 so there might be some compatibility issue? how do i fix this?

You should get The highres patch man and i think it has better animation also,fallout 1 and 2 hires patch here
