I think the issue comes from the popularity of modded Xboxs and the many Xbox games that had PC versions as well. Unfortunately relying on the original hardware is terrible future-proofing, and obviously not all games had PC versions.
Hopefully once a game or 2 start to run properly, more interest will pick up which will cause more developers which will cause more compatibility and then snowball into the popularity the other emulators have (and in fact should be preferable for multi-platform games from having best visuals and in theory the lowest system requirements)
