[The Unknown One]

I downloaded both versions of pcsx2 0.8, but i can't get either of them to extract the files i need. i was able to do it with winrar on my other computer, but when i try doing the same on my laptop, it complains that the archive is either empty or corrupted. i've downloaded it several times on mozilla and IE, but it gives me the same result. anyone know what could possibly be going wrong?

you need either the latest winrar or 7zip to extract it correctly.
