The game stutters (emulation stops for a second) every time when new textures are being loaded. This happens very often and nothing seems to help. My PC configuration:

Windows 7 64-bit
CPU: AMD FX-8350, 4.00 GHz
Video: Radeon HD 5700
RAM: 6.00 GB

Dolphin config:
Dual Core enabled
Iddle skipping enabled
Audio: DSP LLE recompiler
Audio backend: XAudio2

Fullscreen ON
Vsynch ON
Resolution: Native
Anti Aliasing: NONE
Anisotroping Filtering: 1x
Scaled EFB copy: ON

Ignore Formate Changes: ON
Store EFB copies: ON
XFB: Real
Fast Deep calculation: ON
Disable Bounding Box: ON

Everything else is OFF

Experimenting with these parameters usually makes no difference or makes worse.

Is it me or it’s supposed to be like this?
