Escellator or Stairs?

Pointless question? I don't think so.

I've seen a lot of people at trainstations take the stairs instead of the escellator because they claim its better for them. While I have to agree with it, I don't think the stairs are big enough to make even a fractional alteration to your health, be you choose to climb them.

So, escellator or stairs?

Choosing stairs over escalators on a constant basis may have a more significant influence on your health, although in the end its mostly a matter of your mindframe

Escalators because you can run up/down them.
Elavators are very slow.

I usually take the stairs because it takes elevators longer to get anywhere.

Of course this argument is void if you are using a good elevator and not my crappy university elevators.

Same to me. It's simply a lot faster than going up normal stairs.

what's an Escellator? Some kind of kinky europeon sex toy?

Anyways, I usually hang in the elevators with my friend in the local mall and piss people off. so elevators.

They're like moving stairs, where the stairs scroll either up or down depending on the direction. There are also travelators which are like a conveyorbelt without any stairs.

I usually find an escalator that is going down. Then I try to run up it.

Stairs, it's easier to get injured on escalators (I tore up my knee when i was little), and because i like being in control, feels like i'm getting somewhere

I would say I prefer escalators here for multi story buildings like the place where I buy most of the computer stuff, Can you imagine walking up 5 stories on the stairs when next to it is the escalators?

it's very fun to run down the escelators when using the ones that go down damn fun and fast

,i also like to sometimes jump or hop up on the one going up even though i may have fallen nce or twice.

I know what an escalator is, I just wasn't sure what an escellator was.
