Ok so i did all of the stuff that i thought i was supposed to do. I put Crash Team Racing in, and start up the emu. First time around, the sound plays really really fast, and I only see the first graphic fram (Sony entertaiment america etc......)
Now every time i try to start it up, it says

Opcode 31 (PC00000000) (146,130)

Any suggestions? Do I need to post what im running?

At the very least, the epsxe version, the plugins you are using, and the configs for them.
