Error reading CD: 0X0081 0,7,25

anyone know what this means?
yes the obvious it cant read the disk, but since im inserting burned games im wondering if it would read it at all

My CD-rom drive died 2 weeks ago and I was forced to use my very old 4X drive. I had the same problem and what I did was change my cdrom plugin. I suggest you try TSG MSCDEX plugin. It was the only one that worked (maybe because it's the only one which is not ASPI-based?)
