Whenever I try to play Kingdom Hearts I get the following message: "Error Opening CDVD Plugin." I have the PS2 bios, I successfully configured everything, and I mounted the .ISO Kingdom Hearts file so I don't see what the problem is. I clicked Run CD/DVD but I got the same error message. Same thing happens when I click on Open ELF File and select the Kingdom Hearts .ISO file. The game is compatible with PCSX2 0.9.6. Why is it doing this?

Don't mount the ISO. Unmount it and then go to configure and select Linuz ISO plugin for CDVD plugins. Configure the plugin and select the ISO directly from the plugin configuration screen. Then do run CD/DVD

Same problem FFXII
Trying to play FFXII loading straight off the iso still get the CDVD error. Used the instructions you gave above

then you have the wrong plugin selected, or the plugin is not configured properly.

Linuz Iso CDVD 0.9.0 there really isn't anything to configure. It pulls up a select an iso menu and then to decompress or compress. and then a check box for enable block dump => "Iso name.dump" I also mounted the iso today to make sure it works and I can navigate all the folders and stuff after mounting it.

Is the ISO an actual ISO or are you trying to run a MDF or Bin?

i become erros to on isos but when i try to start and iso that arte mountet then it works :eyemove:.....

I'm having trouble, too
Trying to run Xenosaga EP 1 and I get an error when I try to run the iso from Linuz.
First I get an error for the specific iso, I press OK, then get an error saying Error Opening CDVD Plugin
I try to test from the config menu and it just says Test Failed. This plugin may not work correctly.

Try the latest beta. They have a new option to run the iso directly from the file menu without having to configure the CDVD plugin like in ePSXe.

Do you mean the beta for pcsx2 or linuz?
I'm not sure where to find the latest version of linuz if I dont' already have it.

I am having the same issue as the OP. only difference is that it worked just a day ago. ive tryed using the gigaherz plugin with it mounted, ive tried the iso selector and ive tried the linuz plugin. none of them solved the plugin issue. nothing has changed to cause it to stop responding.
i tried putting in a different game (not an iso) Disgaia 2 and it ran just fine without a cdvd.
im running windows 7, AMD phenom 2 quad core @ 3.2ghz, 4gb ram, nVidia nForce 750a SLI.
any other details you need?
